El Jefe (pronounced heh-fay means ‘The Boss’ in Spanish) is an amazing single origin specialty coffee that has been naturally flavored with chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon flavors.
Our flavored coffees are roasted to order to a medium roast and packaged. Each bag is then individually flavored (lightly) while the coffee is still warm. Great coffee like ours doesn’t need much. We won’t drown our coffee in flavoring because we want you to experience all the hard work the farmers have put in.
