Errors - We’re human. If we make an error (it’s rare, but it happens), please accept our apologies, and we’ll fix the issue. 99% of errors are because we sent the wrong grind or wrong label. If you receive the wrong coffee, don't worry. Just let us know and we’ll send you new coffee at no extra cost to you.
Please do NOT send coffee back. It’s a waste of shipping as we are not able to accept or resale it. Either use it yourself or be a good human and share it with someone else.
Shipping - From the time you place your order it takes 3-5 business days for your coffee to get roasted, packaged, and shipped. Once shipped, it takes 1-5 business days depending on where you are in the world.
Just like our shoes and clothing, our coffee is made to order specifically for the customer ordering it. We believe this creates something special and worth the wait.
