Returns

FOOTWEAR & APPAREL - 30 day return policy on non-custom items. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

TIMEPIECES - 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The Mandeaux® Auteaux comes with a 3 year limited warranty. Contact us at sales@mandeaux.com for warranty issues.

COFFEE - All coffee sales are final. If there is a mistake made, we will roast more coffee and get it to you as soon as possible. Please do not send coffee back.

PERFUME - Mandeaux fragrance sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Final sale items and gift cards are exempt from being returned.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This is easily accomplished by looking up your order in our system. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once the product is verified to be undamaged and in its original packaging, store credit or a refund will be issued in the amount of the returned item minus the cost of shipping.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days (actual time is dependent on the method of payment used and the merchant processing period).

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@mandeaux.com.

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error.  We have a very low return rate due to our quality control process. If you need to exchange shoes for the exact model in a different size, we require you to use the app FeetSizr to verify the correct size needed.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mandeaux, 3705 Arctic Blvd, #2434, Anchorage AK 99503, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
